Step 5: Brush with Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, melted butter with parsley dried powdered, and garlic. Brush off this mixture over top of roll ups abundantly. This process gives the pastry the flavor and helps it gain a golden crisp surface.

Step 6: Bake to Perfection

These roll-ups are delicious in themselves, but go well with basic sides and sauces. Consider serving them with:

  • A small portion of ketchup, mustard or burger sauce
  • Oven fried or potato wedges
  • To balance this, one has a fresh green salad
  • Coleslaw to treat like in a diner

They are also good as party foods — cut each roll-up into half to make sizeable bites.

Tips for Best Results:

  • To ensure that the pastry is not soggy, drain as much grease as possible off the beef
  • Give the filling a time to cool a bit to hold the structure of the dough
  • Close the edges well to avoid the leakages of cheese during the baking process
