- Form into small patties about ½-inch thick.
- Place them on a plate or baking sheet.

- Heat the olive oil or melted butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the rounds for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the rounds on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

- Let the broccoli cheese rounds cool for 5 minutes before serving.
