Ingredients
Method
- Cook the Garlic Chicken
- Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with paprika, black pepper, salt, chili flakes (if using), and oregano. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Cheese Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, cheddar cheese, cream cheese (or mayonnaise), and chopped parsley. Add the cooked chicken and mix well until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
- Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Toast the Wraps
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. The cheese should be completely melted inside.
- Serve
- Allow the wraps to rest for one minute before slicing in half. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
